What is our return policy?

We make our playdough the moment we receive an order and it is perishable. We cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order is submitted, BUT if you have any issues please contact us!
What are our ingredients?

Flour, water, salt, cream of tartar, vegetable oil, and high quality food coloring. Sometimes upon request we scent the dough with organic essential oils. We also add some confetti/glitter to the dough, but that can be omitted if you ask us to in your order form.
What is the shelf life of the dough?

Unopened it will last about 8 weeks, If you store it in an airtight container after playing with the dough, it will be soft and pliable for about 2 months or more. The more you play with it and knead it the longer it will last. Keep out of the sun and drafts. If you notice it crystalizes a bit, all you have to do is knead it for about 10 minutes and it will be soft and squishy again.
What age group is this intended for?

Please keep in mind that our jars and kits contain small parts that are not suitable for any child aged 3 or under due to choking hazard. It is necessary to have adult supervision. Our products can be enjoyed by children aged 4 to 100!
If you are a local customer, where can you pick up your order?

When filling out your order form please indicate I AM LOCAL PICK UP at the checkout and you will receive an email with instructions on where and when you may pick up your order.
Is this dangerous if ingested?

We use food grade ingredients in our dough, therefore it is NOT TOXIC, but we do not recommend or encourage anyone to eat it. Please have adult supervision.
How long does it take to get your order?

We strive to have your order in 7 - 10 business days, but usually it is sooner than that. I always update you on your turnaround times.
